1Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a Betsoo account or using any part of the Betsoo platform — including the website, mobile application, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and Betsoo ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Betsoo platform in any way.

Betsoo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of Betsoo after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, Betsoo will notify registered players by email or via an in-account notification.

2Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register with Betsoo and to place bets on the platform. This is a hard requirement — Betsoo does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Betsoo conducts age verification as part of its standard account verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any balance remaining in such an account will be returned to the original payment source, but any winnings generated on that account are forfeited.

2.2 Account Limit

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one Betsoo account. The following are all considered indicators of duplicate accounts and will result in account suspension and investigation:

• Registering multiple accounts under different names from the same device or IP address
• Using the same payment method (GCash number, bank account, card number) across multiple accounts
• Using a family member's or friend's account to circumvent an account closure or restriction
• Creating a new account after a previous account has been self-excluded or closed for violations

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information when registering your Betsoo account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Betsoo reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or UMID — at any time to verify your identity, address, or payment methods. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by Betsoo support may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Betsoo is primarily operated for and accessible to players in the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by local law are responsible for determining whether their use of Betsoo is lawful. Betsoo accepts no liability for players accessing the platform in breach of local regulations.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Betsoo login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Betsoo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

Any activity that occurs on your Betsoo account — including bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — is your responsibility whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Betsoo support immediately via live chat.

4Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — the current minimum for each method is displayed on the deposit page within your account.

4.2 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your name. Third-party deposits — using another person's GCash, bank account, or card — are strictly prohibited. Accounts where third-party deposits are detected will be suspended pending investigation, and the relevant deposits will be returned to their source rather than credited as playable balance.

4.3 Currency

All Betsoo account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Pesos. There are no conversion fees or currency exchange calculations — what you deposit is what appears in your Betsoo wallet.

4.4 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for a minimum of 48 hours. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Betsoo may also apply platform-level deposit limits in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed on the withdrawal page. VIP Club members at Platinum tier and above receive expedited withdrawal processing — typically within 60 seconds for GCash withdrawals.

5.2 Verification Requirement

Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and may include proof of address and payment method verification. Betsoo will not delay verification processing unnecessarily — standard verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission.

5.3 Wagering Obligation

Any active bonus funds or deposits subject to a promotional wagering requirement must have that requirement fulfilled before the corresponding funds are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

5.4 Withdrawal Refusal

Betsoo reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be informed of the reason for the delay where permitted by applicable law and regulation.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on Betsoo are subject to acceptance by Betsoo at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet without stating a reason. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation message and a unique bet reference number are generated and displayed in your bet history.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

If Betsoo publishes odds that contain an obvious error — such as a score or odds discrepancy caused by a technical fault or human input error — any bets accepted at those erroneous odds may be voided, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Betsoo will make every reasonable effort to identify and correct errors promptly and will notify affected players.

6.3 Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, or not completed within Betsoo's settlement timeframes, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are outlined in Betsoo's sport-specific betting rules, accessible from the betting lobby.

6.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of latency between real-world events and platform odds updates. Bets placed during live events are processed in the order received, and Betsoo is not responsible for connection delays on the player's side that may affect bet placement.

7Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers available on Betsoo are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where there is any conflict between this section and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Betsoo bonuses require a wagering requirement to be fulfilled before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying bet criteria (minimum odds, eligible markets) are stated in each individual promotion. Bets that do not meet the minimum odds threshold do not count toward wagering requirements.

7.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus can be active on your Betsoo account at any time. If you opt into a new promotion while an existing bonus wagering requirement is in progress, the existing bonus may be forfeited. Please read active promotion terms before claiming a new offer.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

8Prohibited Conduct

The following are expressly prohibited on the Betsoo platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Betsoo account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or place bets
• Exploiting identified platform bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to share inside information or coordinate bets in a manner that disadvantages Betsoo or other players
• Using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your location for the purpose of accessing Betsoo from a restricted jurisdiction
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform to conceal funds derived from illegal activity
• Abusing customer support staff — including threatening, harassing, or using discriminatory language
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf

9Responsible Gaming

Betsoo is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide the following tools to all registered players free of charge and accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Betsoo platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Betsoo content without prior written permission.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Betsoo shall not be liable for:

13Amendments to These Terms
